We personally inspect each item prior to shipping. We want to know if you have a concern about your purchase. Should you wish to return an unused item, for any reason, you may do so within 7 days of your delivery, for an exchange or full merchandise refund.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 8.25% is charged for orders shipped to Colorado.
Shipping
Orders will only be shipped to addresses within the United States.
Orders for in-stock items will ship within two (2) business days while orders for out of stock items may take longer. Customers will be notified immediately if the item ordered is not in stock. Orders placed after 4:00pm Mountain time may not be processed until the next business day.
All orders will be shipped via UPS unless FedEx is requested. UPS or FedEx tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you so you can check your shipment status at
www.ups.com or
www.fedex.com.
For UPS Ground delivery, you can get an estimate of delivery time by visiting the
UPS Time-in-Transit map and entering origin zip code 80923.
Estimated rates for ground shipping are calculated from the table below, based on the overall cost of the order (not counting deposits for out-of-town guest measurements). Overnight and second-day shipping will incur an extra charge. Actual rates may vary.

Special Orders
Special Orders are subject to a 15% additional handling fee.
Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for special order items. Items that require longer delays will include that information in their description.
Returns and Refunds
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, and may not be returned if they have been opened or used. The item must remain sealed in its original packaging on the items to be returned.
How to Return an Item:
1. Call our Customer Service department toll-free at (781) 898-9974 Monday-Friday, 10:00am-5:00pm Mountain Time or e-mail us at
info@perfectskinonline.com for a Return Authorization Number.
2. Please place the sales ticket inside the original box with the items to be returned. Repackage the items and ship the box to:

3. We will e-mail you when the package has arrived, and immediately process a request to credit your card or send you another item, at your request. If you are returning your merchandise for credit due, we will issue you the full credit due back to you according to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and we are unable to accept COD packages.
